Converter control unit has inputs of measurement of instant voltage values of power supply and load, load current, alternating current path of converter, current and voltage measuring inputs of DC link of converter, converter control unit is configured to store algorithms of system operation and is combined with bidirectional converter. Electronic switch and network voltage measuring circuit can be functionally connected to converter control unit. Accumulation subsystem can be made on supercapacitors or combined scheme.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of stability of system operation.
