SUBSTANCE: described is a method for determining 2-amino-4,6-dinitrophenol in an organ or tissue sample, which consists in the fact that the sample is ground, twice for 30 minutes, treated with portions of an organic insulating agent, provided that the weight of each portion of the insulating agent is 2 times greater than the weight of the sample. Obtained organic extracts are combined, the solvent from the combined extraction is evaporated in a stream of air at room temperature, the residue is dissolved, chromatographed using a two-component mobile phase, and determination is carried out by a physicochemical method.

EFFECT: high sensitivity of determining 2-amino-4,6-dinitrophenol in a tissue or organ sample.
