FIELD: toxicological chemistry. SUBSTANCE: sample is broken, treated twice with acetone for 45 min each time. Acetone extracts are combined, combined solution evaporated in air flow at 16-22 C, and residue dissolved in chloroform/hexane mixture (7:4). Solution is chromatographed in silica gel column using chloroform/hexane mixture (7:4) as mobile phase. Eluate fractions containing sum of "Nitrafen" nitrophenols are combined, eluent distilled off, residue dissolved in hexane/dioxane/2-propanol system (40:5: 1), and resulting solution analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography technique in "Sylasorb 600" column using above-mentioned system as eluent.
