FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, in particular to light concrete based on cement binder and organic aggregates of vegetal origin, intended for bearing and enclosing structures of buildings and structures, to which technical safety and energy efficiency requirements are imposed. Proposed composition consists of cement M500, slaked lime, water, microsilica, gypsum “Г-16”, industrial hemp straw, silicon dioxide “БС120”, polycarboxylate plasticizer in the following ratio of components, wt.%: cement M500 18.54-20.08; slaked lime 13.45-16.02; water 37.64-47.09; microsilica 2.15-3.05; gypsum “Г-16” 8.05-10.1; polycarboxylate plasticiser “П-17” 1.01-1.5; silicon dioxide “БС120” 2.98-3.78; industrial hemp straw 4.7-7.86.
EFFECT: development of a composite for use in construction of buildings and structures by 3D printing, which meets the following requirements: composition must have sufficient fluidity to fill 3D-printed wall formwork without using a vibration process, high setting rate, minimum heat conductivity and water separation after laying.
