FIELD: construction; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composition of a crude mixture for making non-autoclave cellular concrete and can be used in the industry of construction materials for making articles from non-autoclave hardened cellular concrete. Crude mixture for making non-autoclave-hardened cellular concrete contains the following, wt%: Portland cement 24–32, ground lime 2.3–3.1, building gypsum 1.9–2.6, aluminum powder 0.31–0.38, flax processing waste – flax shive with fiber size 0.15–2.5 mm 16–24, preliminarily mineralized with liquid sodium glass 3.9–4.4, water – the rest.
EFFECT: reduction of density and heat conductivity of cellular concrete of non-autoclave hardening at relatively high strength characteristics, expansion of raw material base due to utilization of large-tonnage wastes.
