SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to gynaecology. Circular incision of the vaginal mucosa is performed, and the round ligaments of the uterus are sutured. On both sides, the cardinal and sacro-uterine ligaments, uterine vessels, uterine ends of tubes, own ligaments of ovaries on both sides alternately are sequentially exposed on the clamps, sutured and ligated with vicryl using one thread on each side. Further, the V-notes system is introduced into the abdominal cavity, optics and working instruments are introduced, and CO₂ insufflation is performed to 4-6 mm Hg. Haemostasis and haematomas are controlled, the round ligaments are sutured together, the working instruments are removed from the abdominal cavity, the peritoneum is closed in a pouch.

EFFECT: method enables effective and minimally invasive vaginal hysterectomy with single-stage correction of pelvic prolapse.
