FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method of forming a glass shower enclosure includes fixing a profile on a wall surface and coating the base of the profile and the wall surface with a finishing material, wherein a levelling layer is formed on the surface of the wall and floor, a sealant is applied on the surface of the base of each profile, which is interfaced with the levelling layer, one profile is fixed on the levelling layer of the wall, and the other profile is on the levelling layer of the floor so that the profiles converge in a common top, is applied to the surface of the levelling layer of the wall and floor, as well as an adhesive mixture on the base surface of each profile and performing the finishing coating installation, forming a gap between the profile flange and the finishing coating, filling the volume of the longitudinal groove of each profile, with a sealant and installing the glass into the profiles, placing it between the shelves, along the groove, closing the groove with the surface of the glass, forming a glass seal in each profile, filling the space between the glass and the profile shelf with a viscous substance in the form of a soft, gradually drying and hardening mass, the gap between the flange of each profile and the finishing coating is closed with the profile flange closing using a viscous substance in the form of a soft, gradually drying and hardening mass, forming its layer flush with the finishing coating.

EFFECT: creation of a method of forming a glass shower enclosure, which prevents damage to the waterproofing of the bathroom wall, provides uniform distribution of sealant and sealing material on glass surface, high-quality waterproofing of bathroom from shower space, provides for reliable glass stabilization without using transversely arranged fixing elements conjugated with glass.
