SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auxiliary medical devices which provide patients with stability and comfort when walking and is intended to facilitate independent walking for individuals having difficulties with this when overcoming loose mushy snow and glaze ice. Set includes two front asymmetric L-shaped posts with a cross-shaped head, with a support-bearing forked tube placed in each of them with upper and lower clamps, as well as a hinged fixation mechanism and a head-thrust bearing with a post turn pin and with a mounting bed-shaped pad, in which there is a hole for this pin, a turning wheel on one end and a support plate-ski of an ellipse-like convex shape with a ball pin on the other end. Also in the set there are two telescopic rear support-bearing racks, each of which is made with a longitudinal groove on the inner and outer sides of the outer tube of the telescopic rear post relative to the longitudinal axis of the rollator, is equipped with a pressure brake, a support wheel, lower and upper clamps, a tip with a hard-alloy tenon in the lower part of the outer tube, adjusting screw-flywheel arranged from above for pre-stressing of spring of pressure brake with bracket of cable, located under plug in upper part of inner tube. At that, each pair of front and rear posts is connected to separate vertical support frame of rollator. To the supporting-bearing forked tube with the bracket of the hinged fixation mechanism of the L-shaped post, through the fixing pin a fixation fork is connected, which is connected through the fixation fork rod to the lever of this rod fixed on the frame and equipped with a tension spring with a detachable bracket. Between the telescopic rear support-bearing post and the lower vertical section of the support frame of the rollator there is a mounting bed-shaped pad.

EFFECT: safety and convenience of use in any season due to prevention of rolling and trampled snow slipping on slippery smooth surface, as well as possibility to overcome loose mushy snow.
