FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auxiliary medical devices – rollators, upgraded with skis for overcoming of loose, mushy snow by persons having difficulties with independent walking. Winter set for the rollator contains two parallel-connected identical vertical flat support frames, each of which is made in the form of two links installed on self-aligning wheels and diverging straight downwards from one point. Upper section of each frame is made horizontal with a handle for application of a load by the user, and each of the front links through a protective fixation fastening is pivotally connected by means of a support-diagonal post to the front end of the ski located on the support surface. At the same time on front and rear ends of skis there are two U-shaped brackets connected by crossbars, and rear ends of skis are placed between front wheels and connected to front links of frames by means of support-vertical posts, on upper ends of which there are double perpendicular-paired clamps.

EFFECT: achieving comfort, stability and reduction of physical activity for persons having difficulties in independent walking on loose, mushy snow in process of walking movement of rollator together with skis.
