According to the method, the patients are given a course of therapy with a combination of thioctic acid 600 mg 1 tablet 2 times day 30 minutes before meals and calcium dobesylate 500 mg 1 capsule 3 times a day with meals for 3 weeks.

EFFECT: using the invention enables performing the CAN correction regardless of its initial stage, reducing its manifestation, preventing the disease progression and reducing the risk of fatal complications.
