METHOD OF EARLY DIAGNOSTICS OF DYSFUNCTION AND TYPE OF DYSFUNCTION OF VEGETATIVE NERVOUS SYSTEM AT CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B5/452

Abstract RU 2338459 C1

FIELD: medicine; cardiology.

SUBSTANCE: consistently take vegetative samples on an empty stomach in the day of conducting of the first Holter's monitoring in first half of day - assay with controllable frequency of breath (ACFB) and an exercise tolerance test (ETT) with the rest period between them within 5-10 minutes. Fix I period of time corresponding to a 3-minute interval in the end of the 30-minute period of quiet wakefulness, the II period corresponding to a 3-minute interval of time from the beginning of carrying out of ACFB, the III period corresponding to a 3-minute interval of time from the beginning of carrying out ETT. Count for each period of SDNN, delta X, Mo, LF, HF, relation LF/HF and on presence of the expressed changes of time indicators, namely more than 3% at carrying out of ACFB and 5% at ETT in comparison with their level in rest of the expressed changes of spectral indicators more than 10% at ACFB and more than 15% at ETT diagnose presence of a syndrome of vegetative dysfunction. At value of low-frequency indicator LF more than 1400 ms2, high-pitched HF less than 900 ms2, relation LF/HF is more or equal to 2.5 at carrying out of ETT, diagnose a syndrome of vegetative dysfunction on synpaticotonic type, at value of low-frequency indicator LF more than 1200 ms2, high-pitched HF more than 1050 ms2, relation LF/HF it is less or equal 1.2 according to ACFB - a syndrome of vegetative dysfunction of vagotonic type.

EFFECT: method expands an arsenal of agents for diagnostics of dysfunction and type of dysfunction of vegetative nervous system at children and teenagers.
