SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to biotechnology and can be used in medicine. Invention discloses a device providing long-term release of therapeutic agents due to the presence of a special nanoporous membrane in its structure. Stabilization is achieved due to use of high-molecular stabilizers with size exceeding diameter of membrane pores, which prevents release of stabilizers.
EFFECT: invention can be used in treating patients with the help of implantable devices for the delivery of prolonged-release therapeutic agents.
