FIELD: performing operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for integrated treatment of wood intended for use in wine industry in production of cognacs, brandy, wines and special (fortified, liqueur) wines and other food products, in production of which wood is used. Wood treatment device comprises a chamber, the design of which allows loading and unloading material, tubular electric heaters (TEH) located at the edges and performing the internal medium heating, controlled by the control cabinet, located outside the main housing of the installation in order to avoid the unfavourable effect of the processes, inside there is a support with attachment of a multi-tier rack for the material to be treated with a liquid agent and a container with detachable nozzles for treatment with a liquid agent installed on each tier, at the edges of the chamber there are partitions separating the TEHs from the effect, on each side there are metal pipes with removable nozzles for washing material and internal structure, removable temperature sensors and a humidity sensor are installed under the cover, in the upper part there is a safety valve with a pressure gauge for regulating the pressure in the chamber, chamber base is inclined; its lower part is equipped with a valve for draining the liquid agent, as well as water after treatment and washing of the treated material and the internal part of the structure.

EFFECT: device for complex activation of wood provides uniform treatment with solutions of preparations, subsequent holding at certain temperature and humidity, washing off of spent solutions and drying of material.
