SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning agents and maintenance of electrical equipment. Invention relates to a dielectric detergent liquid for cleaning electrical equipment, comprising tung oil and a mixture of saturated hydrocarbons with fraction C10-C13 and optionally at least one target additive, wherein volume ratio of Aleurites oil and mixture of saturated hydrocarbons with fraction C10-C13 ranges from 3:1 to 1:10 or 4:1.
EFFECT: effective removal of contaminants from electrical equipment without disconnection from power supply, high insulating capacity combined with high environmental friendliness and safety for the environment.
