FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: drive axle main gear with variator torque distribution includes cast iron housing, in which there is a worm, a sector, a slide valve, a rack, a piston and a rotary shaft with a bipod. Both axles of tractor drive wheels are locked. Transmission includes variators with a steel pushing belt operating in an oil bath and with hydraulic control.
EFFECT: enlarging functional capabilities of the main gear and increasing load capacity, increasing operability during operation, improving maintainability, increasing durability and increasing cross-country capacity of vehicles.
