FIELD: blasting; devices affording protection against snowslides and avalanches.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for launching avalanches in areas where accumulation of snow can lead to avalanches representing a threat. In particular, device (1) for supplying a gas mixture and its initiation for avalanche launching system (S) is disclosed, which is configured to interact with explosion chamber (3) of avalanche launching system (S). Said device (1) comprises: support frame (5) supporting at least one gas storage system (7) and configured to be removably mounted on blasting chamber (3); diffusion chamber (9) with mixing cavity (17) attached to support frame (5), the housing of which is configured to be placed in the volume of explosion chamber (3), and at least one ignition system (23) configured to initiate an explosion of the gas mixture inside the blasting chamber. Inside mixing cavity (17) there is gas mixer (19) in fluid communication with at least one gas storage system (7) with the possibility of obtaining a gas mixture from gas coming from said at least one system (7) gas storage, and diffusion chamber (9) comprises at least one diffusion hole (21) configured to allow passage of gas mixture from inner mixing cavity (17) to outer side of diffusion chamber (9) for supply into blasting chamber (3).
EFFECT: increasing the productivity of the device for the avalanche triggering system and reducing the labour intensity during its transportation and installation.
