SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to disposable syringes intended for single injection of a medical preparation, and can be used in medical institutions. Disposable syringe comprises a hollow cylinder, a rod with a handle, a piston attached to the end of the rod with a handle, and an additional piston with a recess. Syringe also contains a dilator with a retention element on the additional piston in front of the recess. Expander is made with possibility of its insertion by the piston into the recess in the additional piston. Additional piston is made with the possibility of its deformation and fixation at the base of the cylinder when the expander is inserted into the recess of the additional piston.

EFFECT: simplified design, expanded operating performances, and increased reliability of operation.
