FIELD: operations performed with liquid.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aqua vending machines, that is sale of water by automatically controlled delivery of water into a container of a water buyer, installed for this purpose in a water filling chamber of an aqua vending machine, specifically to such filling chambers, which are equipped with drains for overflowing (spilled) water during aqua vending. Technical problem lies in the need to simplify the technology of making the filling chamber. At the same time, instead of forms of round bodies in the chamber structure the forms of convex polyhedrons are used, namely the shape of the prism for the walls of the chamber and the shape of the pyramid for the bottom and the false bottom of the chamber, which simplifies the technology of making the chamber due to the use in this technology of constructing a scan of the corresponding polyhedron on a flat metal sheet, bends of said sheet along lines of marked edges of polyhedron and welding of "ends" of sheet to form last edge of polyhedron. Chamber includes metal walls 1, door opening, metal bottom 2 of chamber, drain branch pipe 3 of chamber bottom, water filling branch pipe 4 located in upper part 5 of chamber, as well as metal false bottom 6, made rotary. At that, bottom 2 and false bottom 6 are jointly made in the form of hollow pyramid 7, so that its base is false 6, its side faces are bottom 2, its cavity is the cavity of bottom 2 of the filling chamber, and its top is oriented downwards and a drain branch pipe 3 is installed in it. In turn, the filling chamber walls 1 together with its door opening are made in the form of straight prism 8, so that one side face of this prism is this door opening, other side faces of this prism are these walls 1, and side ribs 9 of this prism 8 by their lower ends are conjugated with upper ends of corresponding ribs 10 of pyramid 7 in point 11 of their connection by welding.
EFFECT: avoiding the use of round bodies in the design of the chamber, namely a cone for the bottom of the chamber, while maintaining the funnel effect inherent in the shape of the cone and providing effective removal of overflowing water.
