FIELD: vending machines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to water vending devices, i.e. to vending machines for the sale of water by automatically controlled delivery of water to the water buyer’s container. The technical problem is the need to simplify the design and increase the reliability of the device, as well as to increase the efficiency of ozone disinfection of the buyer’s container. The device contains a vertically oriented tee-pipe 1 with a lateral (horizontal) branch 2 for supplying ozone from an ozone generator (not shown), a water supply pipe 3 from a water source (not shown) to the water buyer’s container (not shown), and also contains a plug 4 covering the upper end of the tee-pipe 1. The pipe 3 is a vertical tube of a smaller outer diameter relative to the inner diameter of the tee pipe 1. An axial hole is made in the plug 4 (not shown), in which the pipe 3 is located (as a rule, it is located with fixing), and so that the upper (inlet for water) end of this nozzle 5 is located above the plug 4, and its lower (outlet for water) end 6 is located below the side branch 2. At the same time, in the preferred embodiment of the device, the lower end 6 of the water supply pipe 3 is located above the lower end 7 of the tee pipe.
EFFECT: spatial vertical separation of two vertically oriented flows (water and ozone) in the tee pipe so that these flows do not intersect in this pipe and at the same time the conditional diameter of the ozone flow at the outlet of the tee pipe exceeds the conditional diameter of the water flow, which makes it possible to exclude the ozone supply line valve from the design of the device, and also, due to the increased conditional diameter of the ozone flow, to ensure the supply of water to the buyer’s container of an increased volume of ozone in order to promptly and effectively disinfect the inner space of the container with ozone (before water is supplied to this container) for the shortest possible time the buyer is waiting for the start of water supply to the container.
