SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grain processing industry. Disclosed is a device for moistening and peeling seeds of grain crops, comprising a housing, an auger, a loading and unloading branch pipes. Housing has a moistening tank, water and grain supply pipes, as well as an inclined bottom with a drain hole. Inside the housing there is a screw housing with a four-beam support, in which a drive shaft with a screw winding and mixing blades is installed, hulling housing is also installed inside the housing, on the outer side of which gear wheels are installed, and on its lower side there is a tray for collecting peeled grains, which is connected to the outlet branch pipe; a brush is installed inside it on the drive shaft. Inner surface of the shelling housing and the outer surface of the screw housing are lined with an elastic material. On the inner side of the housing there are parasitic gears in contact with gear wheels mounted on the shelling housing.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at simplifying the design and increasing efficiency.
