FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multifunctional devices for cooking in premises with the help of wood or coal and can be used for frying, simmering, cold and hot smoking of food products. Grill-smokehouse contains a body in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped divided into two chambers. Chambers are arranged vertically coaxially, in each of them in the lower part there are combustion chambers for solid fuel, under which ash collectors are located. At the same time in the upper chamber above the combustion chamber there is a grate, and each of the chambers has its direct-flow chimney inside the housing. Besides, the housing contains a system of slide gates allowing to bypass smoke from the lower chamber to the upper one.
EFFECT: expansion of grill-smokehouse functional capabilities due to simplification of transition from product frying to smoking under conditions of limited kitchen space.
