FIELD: heat generators. SUBSTANCE: heat generator has heat-insulated housing made of panels and divided into heating-boiling and gas duct sections by vertical partition. Located in furnace space along its lateral sides are heat-absorbing shields. Furnace space is bounded lengthwise by one wall of oven chamber which is separated by protective shield made in form of louvres. Gas duct is formed by clearance between other walls of oven and panels of heat-insulated housing which are parallel to them; section of heat-insulated housing located above upper wall of oven is divided by longitudinal partition into upper gas duct passage provided with damper and lower gas duct passage. Gas duct section of heat generator is divided into upper and lower gas duct compartments by horizontal partition provided with ports; arranged in upper compartment is tube bundle of surface heat exchanger connected to hot-water supply system; arranged in lower compartment is tube bundle of heat exchanger of heating system. Upper compartment is provided with branch for connection with smoke flue and is connected with furnace space by means of adjustable port provided with gate; lower compartment is connected with end of gas duct by means of connecting port. Heat generator is connected to remote surface heat exchanger which is additionally connected to circulating pipe line by means of connectors provided with damper.
