FIELD: electroplating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroplating and can be used in application of high-quality coating on inner cylindrical surface of long hollow article. Anode is placed into the cavity of the article and concentrated and depleted electrolyte solution is fed into it. Anode is centred and fixed by means of end plugs and a nut. Electrolyte solution is fed into the cylindrical cavity of the article under pressure at a given rate through at least one hole made in one of the plugs at an angle α from 45° up to 65° to the deposition surface, and output through the holes made in the other plug. Article is installed in an electrolytic bath at an angle β from 10° up to 20° to the electrolyte mirror.
EFFECT: higher stability of coating quality due to continuous circulation of the solution in the deposition zone at a given rate while simplifying the process of coating application and avoiding contact of the inner anode with the inner surface of the hollow article.
