SUBSTANCE: invention relates to substituted thiophenecarboxamide derivatives of formula (I), where R1, R2 and R3 are each chlorine; R4 and R5 are independently selected from a group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C6-hydroxyalkyl, C3-C6-carbocycle, -C(=O)-OC1-C6-alkyl, -C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxy, -C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-haloalkyl, -C1-C6-alkyl-C3-C6-carbocycle, -C1-C6-alkyl-phenyl, -C1-C6-alkyl-S-C1-C6-alkyl, -C1-C6-alkyl-C(=O)-NH2, -C1-C6-alkyl-C(=O)-OH, -C1-C6-alkyl-C(=O)-O-C1-C6-alkyl; or R4 and R5 form together with the carbon atom, to which they are attached, C3-C6-cycloalkyl; W is oxygen; Y is NR8, where R8 is hydrogen; Z is selected from the group consisting of -C(=O)-ORa, where Ra is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C6-alkyl, C3-C8-cycloalkyl, phenyl, -C1-C6-alkyl-phenyl, -C1-C6-alkyl-C3-C8-cycloalkyl and their agrochemically active salts. Invention also relates to a composition for controlling bacterial diseases of plants containing at least one compound of formula (I), to a composition for controlling fungal diseases of plants containing at least one compound of formula (I), to a method of controlling bacterial and fungal diseases, and to the use of compounds of formula (I) or compositions for controlling bacterial and fungal diseases.
EFFECT: obtaining compounds of formula (I) which can be used in agriculture for controlling phytopathogenic microorganisms.
