FIELD: enrichment of coal or coal preparation waste.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention can be used in the coal, fuel and metallurgical industries to produce high-grade, high-calorie, low-ash coal. The method of coal enrichment includes crushing the original coal, subsequent screening with the separation of coarse and fine grades, coarse grades are enriched by gravitational processes to obtain concentrates, which are fed for further processing, and tailings, which are fed to a dump and fine grades, which are mixed with water to obtain water-coal pulp, into which collecting reagents, depressors and foaming agents are introduced, pulp is aerated and flotated. As a collecting reagent, a complex emulsion is used, consisting of a mixture of isomeric compounds of fractions C12 - C18, isolated from heavy oil, and kerosene, which is prepared by ultrasonic cavitation at a frequency of 20 to 22 kHz for 2 to 5 minutes, with a collector consumption of from 2200 to 2800 g/t. Liquid glass and sodium pyrophosphate are used as a depressant in a ratio of 1:1 to 2:1, at a consumption of 450 to 650 g/t. A mixture of reagents neonol AF 9-10 with the formula C9H19C6H4O(C2H4O)n and berol 556 in a ratio of 1:1 to 1.5:1 and a flow rate of 150 to 200 g/t. Flotation is carried out with simultaneous gravity concentrations to produce coal concentrate, which is fed for further processing and waste tailings.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of material separation.
