FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises housing, shaft, ratchet wheel and two independent armature-rotors. Armatures are located on frames rigidly connected to the body. A limiter, a spring-loaded pawl with the possibility of turning through a limited angle and a stop are rigidly fixed on each of the armatures. Spring is secured to the armature thrusts. Cover is rigidly connected to the housing, on which there is a shaft, a code ratchet wheel rigidly connected to it, as well as a locking ratchet wheel. One of the pawls is kinematically connected to the code ratchet wheel, and teeth on the code ratchet wheel are cut so that to obtain its constant rotation it is necessary to supply pulses by acting on one of the armatures in a strictly defined sequence. For the case of supplying several pulses in a row to the same armature in order to count the next "pitch" of the ratchet wheel, a separate spring-loaded pawl is provided, which is located on the cover so that its kinematic connection with the fixing ratchet wheel is provided. On the cover the stops are rigidly fixed, which do not allow rotation of the code ratchet wheel by more than one tooth.
EFFECT: possibility of converting rocking motion into one-way rotary step motion.
