FIELD: animal husbandry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for life support of domestic animals, in particular during creation of required sanitary conditions during keeping of domestic animals. Automatic toilet for pets comprises a tank with an opening/closing valve of the drain hole from the tank, a drive for lifting said valve, consisting of an electromagnet connected to the mains, with a rod. Toilet includes a tank filling valve connected to a water supply line for water outlet from the tank into a tank for accommodation of an animal with a bottom and sides, which is located under a drain tank; a water conduit is installed for water discharge from the tank, which is made with a rectangular outlet hole. At that, inside the water conduit along the rectangular hole across the water flow inside the water conduit, through which water flows, there is a partition of the drain hole located in this reservoir, which is connected to the sewage system. Toilet contains at least one strain gauge located under the container with sides and installed with the possibility of controlling the animal's presence in the container. Toilet also includes a control unit, to the inputs of which the outputs of the sensors are connected, and to the output – the solenoid valve control means.

EFFECT: automation of animal excrement removal from toilet tank.
