SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pet care items, in particular to automatic pet toilet, as well as to a method for processing and disposing pet excrement using this toilet. The automatic pet toilet contains a case, a microprocessor control unit, a grinder, a conveyor belt, a drain hole and nozzles. The toilet is made with possibility of connecting to the water supply system and sewerage; it also includes a sensor for detecting pet presence. A motion sensor is used as a sensor for detecting pet presence; water supply from the water supply system is performed through an electromagnetic valve. The conveyor belt is made in form of plates connected to each other with a fishing line. The belt is made with possibility of actuating by electromotor through a gear wheel and rinsing with water through the electromagnetic valve.

EFFECT: simplification of the device structure, compactness and reliability of the automatic pet toilet that does not create environmental pollution and does not require additional expendable materials, except water.
