FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fuels for bypass turbofan engines, in particular to compositions of hydrocarbon fuels, and can be used as the main fuel in independent flight of air-launched cruise missiles. Fuel for bypass turbofan engines containing naphthyl additionally contains from 1 to 5 wt.%. activating substance of di-tert-butyl peroxide, taken at the following ratio of components, wt.%: di-tert-butyl peroxide 1-5, naphthyl – the rest.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of fuel for the use of air-launched cruise missiles with a bypass turbofan engine by increasing the specific thrust impulse.
