SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to AC power converters at the input to AC power with a different number of phases at the output. Invention relates, in particular, to devices for converting single-phase voltages into three-phase voltage in the presence of only single-phase power sources in the facility. Single-phase voltage to three-phase voltage converter, including single-phase sources, which voltages are close to sinusoidal, and frequencies are the same, similar phase leads of two of which are connected to each other, which are part of a three-phase source having leads of phases A, B, C, includes three single-phase sources, initial phases of voltages of which are the same, wherein the beginning of the phases of the second and third source is connected to each other, and the end of the phase of the first single-phase source is connected to the point of their connection, forming the neutral of the three-phase source, wherein the converter is provided with two sections with reactance, and is also provided with at least two sections with active resistance, wherein the three-phase source phase A start output is connected to the first single-phase source phase start, and the three-phase source phase B includes the second single-phase source, end of phase of which is connected to output of beginning of phase B of three-phase source by first section with capacitance, wherein the output of the beginning of phase B is connected to the neutral by a first section with active resistance, and phase C of this three-phase source includes a third single-phase source, end of phase of which is connected to output of beginning of phase C by section with inductance resistance, wherein lead of phase C is connected to neutral by second section with active resistance.
