SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fastening mechanisms used in assembled working tools, such as assembled buckets, used in excavation, mining and construction industries. Disclosed is tip with cutting edge (300) for working tool of earthmoving machine, including fastening part (302) forming cavity for installation of adapter (304), assembly direction (306), lateral direction (308) perpendicular to assembly direction (306) and vertical direction (310) perpendicular to assembly direction (306) and lateral direction (308); working portion (311) extending forward from attachment part (302) along assembly direction (306) to form front working edge (312); first lateral end portion (314) located along lateral direction (308), which forms first lateral end surface (316), which is displaced in the lateral direction, as well as second side end portion (318) located along side direction (308) opposite first side end portion (314). Second side end section (318) forms second side end surface (320), which is shifted in lateral direction.

EFFECT: creation of reliable system of overlapping tips with cutting edges, which also provides for variable distance between adapters and provides support in multiple directions at the joint between adjacent tips.
