FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly, to devices for uniaxial compaction of powder materials. It can be used for production of workpieces from polytetrafluoroethylene, MAX-phases, titanium carbide and boride used in a wide range of required technical tasks. Collapsible mould for pressing of powders contains split matrix and upper and lower pressing punches. Upper puncheon is made movable, lower puncheon is made static. Split die is cylindrical with diameter of 10-70 mm and height of 50-110 mm and is formed by steel conical sectors with scanning angle of 120° sequentially arranged in external steel hollow shell with fixing nut.
EFFECT: improving the quality of the surface of the workpieces and accelerating the process of extracting the workpiece.
