FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-destructive testing for diagnostics of objects used for storage and distribution of gases and liquids. Method of phonon diagnostics involves unsynchronized start of recording processes on all recorders with a given continuous recording time. According to the signal of the beginning of the first synchronization session from the synchronization signal transmitter, each receiving module switches the analogue signal switch input to the output of its synchronization signal generator, converts it into the form required for extraction and identification of synchronization signals from the main signal stream of phonon emission converters, and transmits the signal to the recorder. Synchronization signals forming a unique signature of the waveform are recorded, data of all recorders are sent to a processing module, where a single stream data file with corrected process recording time is formed and the useful signal is extracted.
EFFECT: high reliability and quality of processing information of a distributed phonon diagnostics system when diagnosing fast processes.
