FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method recycling meat wastes from food production, characterized by the fact that vermicomposting is carried out on a concreted site by placing on it an initial compost with a height of not more than 0.5 m of an arbitrary length and width; initial raw material is moistened to moisture content of 70-80%, a mixture of microorganisms based on bacteria is added to the mass Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus fermentum, Azotobacter chroococcum, Bacillus megaterium in ratio of 2:1:1.5:2 in amount of 0.5-1% of the weight of the compost with the compost turning at a rotation speed of agitator of 30-40 rpm; after 5 days, technological group of Eisenia fetida earthworms are populated at rate of 10 kg of a mother worm per 1 ton of raw material at an ambient temperature of 25-28 °C and pH 7.0 with duration of 30-60 days.
EFFECT: invention ensures recycling of meat food wastes and obtaining a quality product in the form of biohumus – vermicompost – with increased content of macro- and microelements and nitrogen.
