FIELD: rocketry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocketry, particularly, to thermal protection of radiotransparent aircraft fairing. Aircraft radiotransparent cowl heat shielding system consists of pneumatic pusher, pipeline, retainers, bursting screws, shear screws and nuts. Heat-shielding casing is attached to the radio-transparent fairing of the aircraft by means of bursting screws with the help of retainers. Retainers containing pistons are connected to common gas manifold, and manifold is connected to powder gas generator. Pneumatic pusher consists of a piston with holes, which is inseparably connected to an aerodynamic tip, a housing, a cover with a collar and a gas supply tube. Pneumatic pusher is fixed in radiotransparent fairing by means of nut. In the piston there are holes for screws, which fasten the half-shells to each other with the help of nuts. There is a gap between the aerodynamic tip and the half-shells to ensure the shear of the screws when the system is actuated.
EFFECT: reliable discharge of heat-shielding casing of aircraft radiotransparent fairing at preset moment of time.
