FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: for protection of payload (PL) from the said impact the PLF (7) of cosmic post-boost vehicle (5) with fixation, opening and separation gear for nose fairing halves is used. Meanwhile alongside with PLF a firewall (8) with similar gear is used. Firewall is located between PL and PLF (7). PLF jettison with the aid of the said gear is effected at the moment when aerodynamic impact on PL go down to permissible level. Further jettison of firewall is performed at the moment of decrease of aerodynamic impact on PL down to permissible level. Availability of earlier jettison of relatively heavy PLF reduces missile time of flight with this PLF.
EFFECT: decrease of power inputs for PL launching and increase of weight of the launched payload.
