FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device for conversion of reciprocal motion into unidirectional rotational motion includes a toothed rack engaged with a driving spur gear, and two overrunning clutches. Driving spur gear is fixed on the primary shaft and is in mesh with the driven spur gear connected to the secondary shaft by means of the overrunning gear clutch. Drive sprocket is fixed on primary shaft, it is kinematically connected to driven sprocket by means of roller chain, and driven sprocket is connected to secondary shaft by means of overrunning sprocket clutch.
EFFECT: reducing the dimensions of the device and simplifying its design while maintaining a high load capacity.
