SUBSTANCE: disclosed anchor with a plastic sleeve is characterized by that it consists of a plastic sleeve and a screw, longer than the sleeve, wherein the sleeve comprises a spacer zone, a skirt and skids sharpened from above, which are uniformly arranged along the circumference along the sleeve, where the spacer zone of the sleeve is made up of two parts with spacers arranged perpendicular to each other, with a narrowing between the parts, with two cuts along part of the spacer zone closer to the end of the sleeve and four cuts along the part of the spacer zone closer to the skirt, with teeth along two opposite sides in the part of the spacer zone closer to the skirt, directed with an acute angle towards the skirt, and in the part of the spacer zone closer to the skirt, sleeve end – along sleeve circumference, and directed towards the skirt along the two adjacent sides with the teeth of the sides of the part of the spacer zone closer to the skirt; wherein said screw comprises head with skirt of diameter equal to that of sleeve skirt and rod consisting of thread with sparse pitch with rounded edges and smooth part with diameter equal to outer diameter of thread.
