CARGO DELIVERY METHOD USING UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLES Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC B64U101/60 B64U101/64 B64C39/02

Abstract RU 2838710 C1

FIELD: transporting.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cargo delivery by unmanned aerial vehicles. Method of cargo delivery by means of unmanned aerial vehicles is characterized by the fact that initially routes are formed between delivery points, for this purpose, between the delivery points calculating the distance that the unmanned aerial vehicle must overcome, between the delivery points determining the route minimum possible heights, then, all obtained routes are ranked by flight altitude from minimum to maximum. Then, route with minimum distance between delivery points and minimum possible altitude of routing is selected. Then taking the next route by distance between delivery points, and if its minimum possible routing height is greater than the minimum possible routing height of the previous route by a value not less than the protective interval, then the determined minimum possible routing height also remains unchanged, in case its minimum possible altitude is smaller than the sum of minimum possible altitude of previous route and protective interval, new minimum possible altitude is defined as the sum of minimum possible altitude of previous route and protective interval. In the course of delivery, cargo is received from the customer at the delivery point, then the cargo is loaded into the unmanned aerial vehicle, then the unmanned aerial vehicle flies along one of the formed routes from one delivery point to another delivery point. After the unmanned aerial vehicle arrives, it is unloaded and the goods are transferred to the recipient at the delivery point.

EFFECT: higher safety of cargoes delivered by unmanned aerial vehicles.
