FIELD: pipeline valves.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial pipeline valves and is designed to prevent the carried medium backflow in case of disconnection of pump units and/or emergency de-energisation of power supply systems during transportation of liquid media through various process pipelines under high pressure. Rotary check valve comprises a body covered by studs connecting the inlet and outlet flanges, on the side of the inlet flange is provided with an internal annular rib, relative to which a seat is fixed through a gasket by bolts, groove accommodating detachable lug connected by axle with disc lugs is made on its outer surface directed toward outlet flange. Longitudinal axis of the seat passage hole coincides with the longitudinal axis of the holes of the body and flanges. On external surface of the seat there is a horizontal transverse slot for placement of a removable lug of the disk fixation in it. Lug is fixed in slot by pins installed on both sides of lug in made by joint processing holes in seat and base of lug. After installation into holes the pins are fixed against falling out from holes with lugs of the plate installed on the seat. Longitudinal horizontal slot is made in the eye lug for location of axis of disk fixation with possibility of disk movement relative to the seat and complete adjacency of sealing surfaces of the seat and disk. Chamfers are made on plate outer side surfaces to adjoin housing inner cylindrical bore with gate open.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring full bore of the flow part, increasing the manufacturability during manufacturing and assembly, as well as the reliability and maintainability of the gate.
