FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, medicine and pharmacy, in particular, to a method for production of sea-buckthorn oil and juice. Sea-buckthorn berries oil and juice production method, including the berries washing with water with temperature of 60-65 °C, milling berries, separating sea-buckthorn juice from pulp, separating seeds from pulp by washing with water having temperature of 60-65 °C to produce diffusion juice, mixing sea buckthorn juice and diffusion juice to produce a mixture of juices; separate extraction of oil from pulp in a centrifugal apparatus and from seeds by pressing, blending oils from pulp and seeds at a weight ratio of 1:2, drying the blend of oils in a vacuum-conductive dryer at a residual pressure of 5-10 kPa, concentrating the juice mixture in an evaporation apparatus, where the separation of the mixture of juices from pulp is carried out in a gravity separator with a heat exchanger at temperature of 30-40 °C for 100-150 minutes; oil separated from seeds by pressing, oil extracted from pulp and mixture of juices before concentration are passed through fine filters with separation of residual pulp, seeds, partially defatted by pressing, and residual pulp from fine filters are extracted with hexane at module 1:3, extraction oil is obtained by evaporating hexane from the extract with acute secondary steam from an evaporator, followed by condensation of the vapour in a condenser and separation thereof in florentine into hexane and water, cooling water from the condenser and the separated water from the florentine are supplied to the heat exchanger of the gravity separator as a heat carrier, the washing water is obtained by mixing the condensate of the primary steam of the evaporator with the waste heat carrier of the heat exchanger, temperature in the gravitational settling tank is maintained by changing the flow rate of the cooling water of the condenser, the temperature of the washing water is maintained by changing the output of steam into the evaporator.

EFFECT: proposed invention represents an efficient method for production of sea-buckthorn oil and juice, ensures increased yield of sea-buckthorn oil as well as reduction of acid number of sea-buckthorn oil.
