SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication operating in the ultrashort wavelength range. Method comprises setting unique numbers of radio network subscribers, initial frequency nominals or frequency plans, logical channel number, set of keys, required RSSI level, when deploying radio equipment, a list of unique numbers of radio network subscribers is formed and an adaptive frequency plan is initiated, radio-frequency spectrum is scanned, according to the results of which an individual frequency plan is formed for each radio network subscriber, on the basis of which a general frequency plan of the radio network is developed, which is assigned to all radio stations and performing automatic tuning of the operating mode with pseudorandom operational frequency readjustment based on the generated common frequency plan, the logical channel number and the set of keys from the source data.

EFFECT: high noise-immunity of mobile subscribers of a radio network operating in a difficult electromagnetic environment.
