FIELD: fire-fighting means.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fire alarm and specifically to optoelectronic smoke detectors with diffused light. Optical-electronic smoke alarm with a casing comprises a socket with a fixture, a plastic cylindrical housing with slot holes in the side part of the housing, a circuit board, an indicator, an optical module. Housing is made with the rigidly connected to the receptacle base upper base, forming the protrusion with grooves, in which the cylinder-shaped magnets are installed, fixed in the grooves with the help of glue, parallel to the side surface of the housing, a hollow cylindrical casing is arranged, on the outside of the side surface of the casing annular projections are made from above and from below, to which metal rings are attached from the outside by means of screws, in the upper part of the casing there are rectangular holes with vertical partitions with width of 2-3 mm, as well as a blind horizontal partition in the middle. In the detector operating mode, the casing is fixed to the magnets in the housing projection grooves with the upper metal ring. In repair or transportation mode, the casing is fixed to the magnets in the housing projection slots by the opposite lower metal ring.

EFFECT: longer life of the fire alarm device by reducing the amount of disassembly/assembly due to reduced ingress of dust residues and small insects into the housing and the optical module of the alarm unit and increase in the mean time between repairs of the smoke alarm.
