SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of materials for electrochemical devices, specifically to solid oxide electrolyte materials with proton conductivity based on barium-lanthanum indate (BaLaInO4), which can be used as electrolyte material in proton-conducting solid oxide fuel cells used for electric power generation. Material is a barium-lanthanum indate doped with calcium and has the following composition: Ba0.95Ca0.05LaInO4.

EFFECT: obtaining material with high proton conductivity at T<350 °C and pH2O = 2⋅10−2 atm.
