SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices in the field of mechanical wheeled vehicles, particularly, to hand trucks with wheels. Device consists of a metal body with handles, a frame for fixing the handles attached to the body of inclined supports, middle support, on which gimbal suspension is fixed from two metal hoops, located one inside the other, connected at two opposite points by bushings with bearings with possibility of metal hoops rotation, containers for cargo or liquid, two front wheels with the possibility of rotation around their axis, two rear wheels, the axis of which is rigidly fixed on the body.
EFFECT: improvement of a hand truck with a container on a gimbal suspension for transported cargo, liquid.
