FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manual transportation of goods on a single-axle truck with adjustable retractable, attached, detachable or convertible elements. Hand truck with rotary wheel support includes frame for load installation with handle for frame transportation, axle, two wheels installed on axle with possibility of rotation. Axle is connected to the frame by means of two rotary shackles of the support, which enable to locate this axle in the working position under the frame or to throw it back at stops. Frame is rigidly connected to transported cargo with determination of total centre of gravity of cargo. Shackles for turning relative to the frame are rigidly connected to each other by a rotary axis, and the axle in the working position is located under the centre of gravity of the load with a deviation of not more than 7 cm aside from the rotary axis of the shackles to reduce the load during movement of the truck. Shackles at the rotary axle are equipped with support posts facing downwards in the working position to rest on the surface, the length from the wheel axle is less than the radius of wheel by 2-5 cm. Pivoting axis of the shackles is equipped with a coaxial bushing with external radial holes along the perimeter for a lever intended for turning the shackles into a working position.

EFFECT: facilitation of transportation and use of levers for transfer into working position and back.
