SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a device for automatic correction of the average for the period of oscillation of the capacitance of the varicaps at a large signal, which is connected to a parallel resonant circuit consisting of an inductance coil, anti-series connected varicaps, common electrodes of which are connected to circuit Z1(ω) supply of external positive bias voltage E, and the output signal is picked up directly from the circuit through a capacitor C, comprising an amplitude detector (AD) connected to the output of the circuit, second control circuit of varicaps Z2(ω), included in the gap between the common bus and the connection point of the varicap with the coil, which is the input point of the circuit Z2(ω), and circuit for automatic correction of average over period of fluctuation of capacitance of varicaps (CAC), wherein the CAC includes a microcontroller (MC), a digital-to-analogue converter (DAC), a voltage inverter (INV) and a voltage divider on resistors R1, R2.

EFFECT: high accuracy of correcting the average for the period of fluctuation of the capacitance of varicaps with different types of junctions.
