FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: device for increasing oscillation phase stability in a resonance circuit with varicaps includes an inductance coil, anti-parallel series-connected varicaps, the common electrodes of which are connected to external bias voltage supply circuits, a device for increasing oscillation phase stability, which includes an amplitude detector, a generator, a voltage divider and an adder. The method of increasing oscillation phase stability in a resonance circuit with varicaps is characterised by that the common electrodes of the varicaps are connected to a varicap control circuit with high resistance for current with oscillation frequency in the circuit and finite resistance for direct current and modulating frequencies; an additional control voltage is applied across the varicaps, which compensates for the effect of signal amplitude on the average varicap capacitance over the oscillation period.
EFFECT: high phase stability in a resonance circuit with varicaps when the oscillation amplitude changes on the varicaps.
