FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structures used in the field of automated process control systems (hereinafter APCS), in particular, to identify causes of malfunction and check operation of control boards of output amplifiers of type “ПВУ-12” of automatic control system of gas compressor unit (hereinafter ACS of GCU), electrical circuits of switching equipment and actuating mechanisms, drives of shutoff valves, ball valves, hydraulic valves, contactors and electromagnetic starters, in which control boards of output amplifiers of “ПВУ-12” type are used. Invention objective is to optimize the process of diagnostics and repair of control boards, discrete and electric circuits of switching equipment and actuating mechanisms. Set task is solved, and technical result is achieved by creation of device for checking control boards of electrical circuits of switching equipment, consisting of a metal housing, a power button, a self-diagnosis button, a board with a microcontroller, red LED indicators, green LED indicators, a battery, a connector with wires for connection to the tested board.
EFFECT: creation of a device with the possibility of switching on a switching circuit of actuating mechanisms through a control board of ACS of GCU.
