The control and reception device contains a microcontroller and associated non-volatile memory, power switches, a voltage converter, input-output modules configured to receive information and output control signals, a power load relay for connection to a vehicle engine control unit, control tools malfunctions of communication lines and the state of the components of the fire extinguishing system of the vehicle, the control panel. Moreover, the output modules for connecting the actuating fire extinguishing means are connected to the microcontroller through power switches. The microcontroller is equipped with a CAN bus module and is connected via a CAN bus transceiver chip to the I/O module. At the same time, the microcontroller is configured to generate and transmit a pulse-width modulation signal through power switches to start the actuating means of the fire extinguishing system.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of the operation of electric start devices for actuating fire extinguishing equipment and the fire extinguishing system as a whole, as well as increasing the resistance of the device to interference from the vehicle's on-board network.
